Payment Policy & Information

ONGUZA operates a deposit + final payment system for all bicycle and frameset orders. We require a deposit of USD $1500 to ensure your place in the build queue. We will not order tubing or parts to begin your build until your deposit has been paid. Once the frameset specification, geometry and build kit (if applicable) have been agreed, you will be sent a full quote for the remaining cost of your frameset or full bicycle. The full price of a frameset (handmade steel frame, carbon fork, stem, seat post, headset) begins at USD $4100 (Excluding Duties and Taxes) on all designs. The remaining cost is due to be paid in full before your order can be shipped. There are several options for making this full payment including via Shopify, PayPal and Bank Transfer which will be included on your final invoice.

We offer free courier shipping globally on all orders.

We operate a "DTU" (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) policy on all local taxes and duties. When purchasing a product from us the customer accepts full responsibility for any and all local duties and taxes upon delivery. These are payable via the local courier service that delivers your order.

Payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal and Venmo are processed by Collyn Ahart LLC, registered in Delaware, USA, operating on behalf of Pangolin Bicycles CC (trading as ONGUZA Bicycles). This is solely for the ease of international and credit card purchasing. Collyn Ahart is the wife and partner of Dan Craven, the Creative Director of ONGUZA and resides between the USA and Namibia. If you have any questions or concerns about any payment method or experience you have, please feel free to email us at hello@onguza.com and either Dan or Collyn will respond asap.
