Payment Policy & Information

ONGUZA operates an estimate and final price system. We do our very best to make the process of ordering a frameset or bicycle as simple as possible, with the estimate provided on the Shopify site as close as we can make it to the final price. Due to the nature of currency fluctuations and international shipping and duties changing, the estimated price is subject to minor changes. 

Courier shipping, taxes and duties are included globally on all order prices as shown online. This is to simplify the shipping process receiving an item from Namibia. The price estimate is included for the USA, United Kingdom, European Union, South Africa and Namibia. For all orders, including these and other destinations, you will receive a final invoice to be paid before customization can begin. The final invoice will include the cost of shipping, duties and local taxes. We operate with FedEx globally to ensure all taxes and duties are paid without any hassle to you, the customer.

Credit Card Payments 

ONGUZA (Pangolin Bicycles CC) uses Nedbank Namibia's iVeri credit card payments system to process all credit card transactions. Upon order completion, you will receive an email to confirm your customization and specifications, and only once you've confirmed your order, you will receive a secure Iveri DiVert payment link from Nedbank Namibia - epay-noreply@nedbank.co.za. We unfortunately cannot accept American Express or Diner's Club cards. Should you encounter any credit card payment problems, please email admin@onguza.com to resolve. 

Bank/Wire Transfer Payments

ONGUZA (Pangolin Bicycles CC) bank with Nedbank Namibia, and if you prefer to make a direct transfer/wire transfer, you will receive payment instructions via email upon order confirmation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to admin@onguza.com.
